Magimix red bread improver


  • Adapts to all kinds of recipes and process;
  • Improves the finished products volume with a fine crumb texture;

LEVEL OF USE: From 0.3 to 0.5% on flour weight i.e.: 300-500g for 100kg flour.

DIRECTION FOR USE: Put Magimix® red bread improver into the flour, add other ingredients and then start mixing.

INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour; Food additives:Calcium carbonate; DATEM; Ascorbic acid; Enzymes (Alpha-amylase; Glucose-oxydase; Hemicellulase; Lipase)

PACKAGING: Carton box containing 10 sachets of 1kg, i.e.: 10kg net weight.

STORAGE: Magimix® red bread improver is a top-quality product which requires careful storage. To ensure the best results, store Magimix® red bread improver in a cool and dry place (temperature should not exceed 30°C).

SHELF LIFE: 18 months from production date
