On 9th September 2014, Lesaffre China Baking Centre organized China Baking Center training conference. Mr. Jean, CEO of Lesaffre Greater China; Mr. Thomas, Manager of China Baking Center; Mr. Tiger, Sales and Marketing Director; Ms Chen, HRD; Ms Emma, CFO; delivered speeches respectively. They explained China Baking Center objectives, functionality, scope of duties, the collaborative relationship with the business development team, and financial system. In the end, colleague from Yipinxian introduced yeast extract.
