-Opening Ceremony of Lesaffre Beijing Baking Center

On November 21st, in the 18th floor conference room of Tower B of Beijing Lesaffre Center, the opening ceremony of Lesaffre Beijing Bakery Center was grandly held. This is the 4th bakery center of Lesaffre Greater China, following Hong Kong, Shanghai and Guangzhou, and by now, Lesaffre’s global bakery centers have reached 52, and its service network is spreading all over the world.

At the opening ceremony, Mr. Yang Hong, President of Lesaffre Greater China, firstly delivered a welcome speech, thanking the industry leaders, the Counselor of the French Embassy in China, partners and media reporters for coming. He said that the grand opening of Lesaffre Beijing Bakery Center shows that Lesaffre will continue to plough into the Chinese bakery market, especially for the customers in the north of China, to provide professional and close service.

Beijing Bakery Center will provide a real possibility for Lesaffre’s bakers to communicate face-to-face with bakers of a large number of Lesaffre’s customers in Northern China, and to help customers to turn their ideas into reality by combining Lesaffre’s technology with the characteristics of Northern China’s regional culture and local consumption trends!

Mr. Peng Yuan, Director of Innovation & Bakery Center of Lesaffre Greater China, introduced the corporate mission of Lesaffre Bakery Center-Greater China to the guests: dedicated to providing innovative and professional services to customers and becoming the authoritative solution creator. The organizational framework of Lesaffre China Bakery Center is divided into retail channel technical support, industrial channel technical support, new product development, yeast application lab, swallow training center and sensory lab. In the morning of November 22nd, Lesaffre Beijing Bakery Center held a seminar on new bakery technologies. Mr. Yuan Peng, Director of Innovation & Bakery Center of Lesaffre Greater China, gave a welcome speech, and then experts from various fields made the following topic sharing, which fully showed Lesaffre’s strong technical accumulation in the bakery industry, and benefited the guests:
