Lesaffre China attended Bakery China Fair with New Image

On May.12th ~15th, Lesaffre China attended Bakery China Fair, which is one of the biggest trade shows organized by China Association of Bakery & Confectionery Industry (CABCI) in China. Lesaffre was shown as the image of French bakery solution expert with the well-known brand SAF-Instant.

During the show, Lesaffre promote the new product – Star’Bake Pizza Blender, which is targeted at pizza operators who has less experience and technical in the foodservice channel according to the trend of the increase consumption of pizza.

Besides the new product, Lesaffre China offered Frozen Dough solution not only with CY & LV1 products, but also with technical solutions.

Healthy European bakery was another highlight on the show since food quality & environment protection are the major concerns of Lesaffre China. Through the application and demo, Lesaffre expressed the message that we offer the bakery solution more than products.

Meanwhile, the national competition of Louis Lesaffre Cup was held during the show. The 17 candidates from the regional competitions attended the competition. After 7-hours fierce competition, Zhang Zhenghai from Young Baker, Xu Zhiliang from Gaochao, Zhou Bin from Zaomiao won the competition and will join the APAC competition with the representative of China this Nov. Louis Lesaffre Cup offered Chinese young bakers a good platform for the technical exchange and capability display. And push Chinese bakery into the international as well.
