Louis Lesaffre Cup Bakery Competition (China Final Competition) will be held on 5. 13th &14th at SNIEC which is organized by Lesaffre China & CABCI, associate organized by Wuxi Sanneng.
The 17 candidates for the final competition are all selected from the regional competitions, they will show their talent and professional capability through the demo on site which will be lasted for over 7 hours. The top 1 candidate for each category will be represented as Chinese bakery to enter the APAC region competition in this Nov.
Who will be the winner of the show? Let’s rub our eyes and wait.
